The squadron is open to male and female young people who have an interest in aviation, outdoor activities, or even social activities with young people of their own age. Adults are also welcome to the squadron, either as helping staff or to help with the squadron civilian committee. The squadron currently consists of thirty cadets, both male and female. With almost 49, 000 members, aged from 13 to 22 years, within over 1, 000 Squadrons, the ATC is the world's largest youth air training organization. The Cadets are supported by; volunteer Staff; and Civilian Committee Members.
