We meet at “The Flash” Leisure Centre on Sunday evenings from September to March. Adults and Teenagers are very welcome to come along to be taught by qualified Coaches, to progress through the “Pool Blade Awards” scheme, or just meet and improve paddling skills. Adult members who are competent are welcome to join the river trips, held fortnightly, over the winter months. Chinte karate club was formed in 1999 and is affiliated to the KUGB. We have clubs in Llandrindod Wells and Welshpool, operating on Monday and Thursday in Welshpool and Tuesday and Friday in Llandrindod Wells. The aim of chinte is to teach traditional karate in its pure form, but also to show karate at street level, in other words "real" karate.
