We are a long time established school which is instructed by Master John Taylor VIII. The school is a member of the ITF Wales which in turn is a member of the UKTA, the original Taekwon-Do association set up in 1967 by Grand Master Rhee Ki Ha IX who introduced Taekwon-do to the UK.

Jitsu is a martial art based on the traditional styles of Jiu Jitsu that originated and developed in medieval Japan. The core of the art comprises a system of throws, joint locks and strikes. The Jitsu Foundation is an organisation with over a hundred clubs in the UK that teaches the modern and unique Shorinji Kan system of Jiu Jitsu.

Goshin Karate Association

Goshin Karate is a Martial Art not a Martial Sport. The main objective of the style is to learn realistic self defence for everyday life. There is no emphasis on competition and students are not encouraged to enter them. Students practice full contact sparring which incorporates groundwork.

In Krav Maga, there are no hard-and-fast rules, and no distinction in training for men and women. It is not a sport, and there are no specific uniforms, attire or competions.
