The Club offers dinghy racing in a scenic rural environment, suitable for families. We train people to sail, and have qualified instructors. Safety rescue cover is available all through the week from United Utilities. The club is run by volunteers, and has never had any paid staff. All club members take their share in being Officer of the Day and running the racing and auxiliary rescue facilities whilst we race.

The RYA National Sailing Scheme has been designed to help you enjoy whichever aspect of the sport that appeals to you. All the courses in the Scheme can be taken in a dinghy, keelboat or multihull so you can have tuition in whatever type of boat you wish. Good Sailing!

The Fighting Fit Gymnasium is part of the Fighting Fit Martial Arts and Fitness Centre, located in Griffithstown, Pontypool and run by the Welsh Taekwondo Association (Reg. Charity 1110581). It is a small, well-equipped gym located on the ground floor of the centre, and is open to everyone.
