Over the years we have boasted gymnasts in the Welsh and British Squads and Club members representing Wales in the 1986 and 1990 Commonwealth Games, 1991 Commonwealth Reserve and Welsh International Zoë Taylor. We have also won at International Level with a team of gymnasts and on an individual basis against the French and Dutch.

(Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing) examinations are taken in these subjects, with at least 2 examination sessions per year. The school also teaches Irish Dance.
