NWSMF - North Wales Substance Misuse Forumhttp://www.nwsmf.org.uk In March of 2003, the Welsh Assembly Government disbanded all DAAF’s in Wales, giving the responsibility for Drugs and Alcohol issues to each of the 22 Crime and Disorder Partnerships in Wales, under the banner of Substance Misuse. There are six Partnerships in North Wales which are co-terminus with the six local authority areas.
