The Vancouver Welsh Men's Choir was formed in 1980 by a few enthusiastic members of the Vancouver Welsh Society. The choir has grown from eighteen to over one hundred singers and now has men of varied national and ethnic backgrounds. We are a mixed choir currently numbering 18 singers which specialises in Early Music and the Baroque. We are led by Andrew Wilson-Dickson and rehearse in Cardiff on Tuesdays in the 6 weeks before a concert. We do about 2/3 concerts per year. Potential members should be experienced choral singers and be good sight readers.
