We are primarily a co-ordinating rescue helping stray dogs on Death Row to safety, mainly dealing with Council pounds in the South Wales area. We also take in dogs for rehoming ourselves via a network of foster homes so check out the website for our current dogs looking for their forever homes. All dogs are neutered, vaccinated, flea and worm treated, microchipped and all prospective homes are home checked. The Lluest Horse and Pony Trust is a small Charity (No. 516674) running a rescue centre for horses, ponies and donkeys at a 40-acre farm, nestling among the Black Mountains in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside. It is the only registered horse charity in South West Wales and covers the Swansea and Llanelli areas, which are some of the worst in the UK for finding stray horses. The aim is always to restore the animals to full health and find them a loving foster home, but if this is not possible, they are assured of a safe home for the rest of their natural lives.
