Tynybryn is a family farm just outside Newtown in Mid Wales. We have a stud with three Stallions and breed horses for eventing showing and hunting. We have a commercial beef herd and sheep flock, we also have a pedigree flock of texel sheep called Jonsland Pedigree Texels and a small pedigree herd of Limousin and a small herd of Charolais cattle. The modern Kune Kune pig comes from New Zealand, but how they got there is a mystery that no one has yet solved. The Maoris kept them for meat and had them running around the houses. It has even been said that the children were seen riding on their backs. This probably explains why they have an excellent temperament and love the company of humans.
