We cover one of the most natural, unspoilt parts of Powys, on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, starting 5 miles along the A40 west of Brecon. The area (about 36 sq miles) is entirely rural, with fields, woodland and many farmsteads to be seen on the side of the hills.
